Hasty dishes speed up running, swimming and climbing alike, which makes them the default travel buff before you own a good horse or enough Zonai devices. The effect caps at Lv 3 and each Speed Up ingredient adds 30 seconds of base duration, the most generous rate of the three-level buffs.
