Bright dishes make Link himself glow, which beats throwing Brightbloom Seeds when you are moving through a cave rather than mapping it. Three ingredients carry the effect, all of them found in the dark places they help you explore. The cap is Lv 3 and each one adds 90 seconds of base duration.
