Electro dishes stop a lightning strike, a Shock Like or a Thunder Gleeok from knocking your weapon out of your hands, which matters more than the damage itself. It is the most generous of the resistances: potency converts at 0.5, the cap is Lv 3, and each ingredient carries 120 seconds of base duration.
