Spicy dishes are the first buff most players cook, because the Great Sky Island freezes you within minutes of the tutorial. Like Heat Resistance it caps at Lv 2, and the Lv 2 tier is what the deep Hebra snowfields demand. Each Cold Resistance ingredient adds 120 seconds of base duration.
