Dual-speed cargo transport capable of faster than star-trail speeds, slower maneuvering, and vertical descents. Forward and neutral for forward ascending, reverse for vertical descending, and either tapping reverse or maneuvering stick to left of neutral (you get a feel for it) for high speed. Use my npc grabber to scoop moving npcs, lift up with hoverstone, break apart to drop into rail lined compartment with stick.
