A small wheel vehicle armed with two stacked pulse turrets. Triggering the springs will put it in stationary mode. This can be activated without needing to get on the steering stick(allowing link to move around while it continues to deal dps). The fan helps it with steering and allows it to traverse small patches of water (Wouldn't call it amphibian as it's aquatic capabilities are very limited)
