(Almost) Un-despawnable Hoverbike

Have you ever been exploring on your hoverbike, see something interesting, so you park your bike, explore a bit, and return to find your bike has been forcefully despawned? With this small adjustment, this hoverbike's despawn radius has been increased to nearly 1/8th of the entire world map! Not only that, but it's top-heavy design means it has no trouble whatsoever descending. No more will you need to stop flying and quickly remount to descend quickly.
